The dashboard is your main control panel where you can:

Getting Started
Personal Account Registration
- Click "Register" from the login page
- Fill in your personal details (name, date of birth, NRC number)
- Provide contact information (email and phone number)
- Create a secure password and choose your sender ID
- Agree to terms and conditions, then submit
- Wait for account approval (usually within 24 hours)
Business Account Registration
For businesses, additional information is required:
- Business registration details
- Company address and contact information
- Multiple sender IDs for different departments
- Approval may take 2-3 business days
Choosing the Right Plan
We offer various SMS packages ordered by price:
- Starter: Perfect for individuals and small businesses (100-500 SMS)
- Professional: For growing businesses (500-2000 SMS)
- Enterprise: Custom solutions for large organizations (2000+ SMS)
Mobile Money Payment Process
- Go to the Pricing page
- Select a plan that fits your needs
- Click "Buy Now" to proceed to payment
- Enter your personal details and mobile money number
- Agree to terms and conditions
- Click "Pay" - you'll see a mobile money prompt
- Approve the transaction on your phone
- Credits are added instantly after approval
Single SMS Message
- Navigate to "Send SMS" from the dashboard
- Select your approved sender ID from the dropdown
- Enter recipient phone number(s) - one per line
- Type your message (max 160 characters for standard SMS)
- Review the message and recipient count
- Click "Send SMS Message" to confirm
- Wait for confirmation of successful delivery

Managing Contacts & Groups
Manual Contact Addition
- Navigate to "Contacts" → "Add Contact"
- Enter the contact's full name (required)
- Add phone number in accepted formats:
097XXXXXXX(local)26097XXXXXXX(international)
- Include optional description/notes for organization
- Click "Save Contact" to add to your address book
Import Multiple Contacts at Once
Save time by importing contacts from CSV or Excel files:
File Preparation:
- Create a spreadsheet with columns: Name, Phone, Description
- Enter contact details in each row
- Use consistent phone number formats
- Save as CSV or Excel (.xlsx) format
Import Process:
- Go to "Contacts" → "View Contacts"
- Click "Bulk Import" button
- Select your prepared file
- Review the import summary
- Contacts are automatically added to your address book
Creating a New Group
- Go to "Contacts" → "View Groups"
- Click "Create Group" button
- Enter a descriptive group name
- Select contacts to include:
- Check individual contacts
- Use "Select All" for convenience
- Review selected count
- Click "Create Group" to save
Group Management Features
- View Details: See all group members with pagination
- Edit Group: Change name and modify membership
- Add Members: Add contacts not currently in the group
- Remove Members: Remove individual contacts from groups
- Delete Group: Permanently remove groups (with confirmation)
Group Naming Best Practices
- Descriptive: "VIP Customers" instead of "Group 1"
- Purpose-based: "Marketing Campaign 2024", "Staff Announcements"
- Size-appropriate: Keep groups focused on specific audiences
- Maintainable: Regularly update group memberships
Contact List Overview
- Pagination: Contacts are displayed 12 per page for better performance
- Search: Quickly find contacts by name or phone number
- Sorting: Contacts are ordered by most recently added
- Actions: Edit, delete, or add to groups directly from the list
Editing Contact Information
- Find the contact in your contact list
- Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon)
- Update name, phone number, or description
- Phone numbers are re-validated on edit
- Save changes to update the contact
Bulk SMS Messaging
Sending to Groups
- Go to "Send SMS" → "Bulk SMS"
- Select a contact group
- Choose your sender ID
- Compose your message
- Send to all group members
Importing Contacts
You can import contacts in bulk using CSV or Excel files:
- Prepare your file with columns: Name, Phone, Description
- Use the bulk import feature in bulk SMS
- Contacts are added automatically
- Send SMS immediately after import
